Slitting Process
We cut the jumbo roll into 48mm width strips using a fully automated slitting machine. These strips are then wound onto cores to create tapes of various lengths (50 y, 70 y, 90 y, 100 y, 130 y, and 1000 y) while maintaining a thickness of 40 microns.
Cutting Size
For the 1280mm x 4000m BOPP jumbo roll tape (40 mic), prepare the 48mm mold and load it into the slitting machine. Set the digital monitor to the desired length (66m, 100m, 120m, 150m, or 1000m) for each tape, all with a thickness of 40 microns.
